Alejandro Jurczuk was born in Buenos Aires and since 1994 he has been living in Bariloche.
He started his career in drawing and painting with the art teacher Pablo Pereyra. Later on, in 1990, probably under the influence of several wood work generations, he began, with teacher Alicia Lopez, to learn the techniques of marquetry (inlays of wood).
Since then he set to work with a wide variety of selected generous woods which highly contribute to bring life to his works.
